One Standard Across the Board
We believe that every couple deserves the same thoughtful attention, meticulous coordination, and elevated experience—regardless of their wedding style or size. We offer one comprehensive coordination package, designed to provide a consistent standard of service to every couple we work with.
Starting investment: $2,500 up to 100 guests
Additional guests: $500 per additional 50 guests
Your experience:
Initial consultation and review of your plans
Bi-weekly formal coordination meetings starting 2 months before your event
Final formal coordination meeting occurring 1 week prior to your event
Customized wedding-day timeline and execution plan
Final vendor confirmations and communication
45-minute rehearsal practice
Additional H & Co associate staff as needed for set-up, day-of, and teardown
Business License and Certificate of Insurance available upon request
Special Events
In addition to weddings, H & Co Events offers coordination for select special events and celebrations. Each event is unique, so services and pricing are customized to your needs and discussed during an initial consultation.
